That has to do with Microsoft not Samsung, but are you sure you are entering the right credentials? Should be the same user and password as the Windows machine you are connected to.

Another thing to check is that your time and regional settings in the phone and computer are the same. I've heard that can cause a verification error if they don't match. Of course check if the app has any updates.
