Hi,

I recently bought a 34" G5 odyssey curved monitor LC34G55TWWPXEN and trying to find a good color profile i got this error:

Every menu options are empty. I was trying to make a factory reset but i cant enter that menu either. What should i do? I don't know how it happened.

 Also it would be amazing if you could give me some color profile so i could improve my picture quality, for  me it looks like a bit washed out (i came from an IPS Panel)

Hi!

If all the menus are empty when you enter them and it is not possible to factory reset it. Then we recommend that you try pulling the power on the monitor for 10 seconds and then see if it works after this. If it is still the same problem, we recommend that you take it in for service. Which you can do via the retailer where you bought it or the nearest service center:
