Earbuds 2 offer not showing in members area

I bought my S21 FE partly to take advantage of the free earbuds 2 offer, but it's not showing up. It said to open the app between the 22nd May and 25th June (it also says between 22nd May and 11th June) but nothing is showing there at all. The only offer I can find is for 700kr off the full price.. 

(It's the 6th of June today so I should be well within the period of redeeming the offer)

Its take about 5days and you will see it have also bought a samsung and have registered it few days ago
