E-mail issues.

Wy do I not have acsess to my e-mail accuont ?

My servere do not have the right securitylevel.

Are there anyone ho can help me fix this?

Could you explain it more what app and what email service you are trying to access?

HI,
Samsung e-mail app dont accept the secuoritylevel from the server from my devisen. But this is an A51 and from my workphone A55 it's working.
The e-mail is Telia in Sweden.

Does telia use imap or pop?

Yes,but it still dont work. Samsung tell me to what for a new uppdate on my Phone. And a still waiting.????
