I have been trying to obtain a Disney+ code for either of 2 devices I purchased, a Tab8 and S20FE. After multiple calls and several hours on the phone to Samsung (as well as being put through to Disney at one point!) I have got nowhere. Eventually a 'Technical Support' person took control of my phone after I had told them the Boost isn't working (about 8 times!) and they tried it and said "oh, it doesn't work". They said they would email me, but surprise surprise - nothing. I am not convinced the offer is valid! I have spent thousands with Samsung over the years, but following their appalling level of support, I am considering other manufacturers for all my devices now. Shame!

The key to your solution is the use of Chrome Browser. Chrome has Java enabled by default, whereas other browers such as Firefox stopped using it by default some years ago. The redeem process works smothly so long as you have Java enabled in your broswer.

I have followed all steps in this feed and am still told I am not eligible. I first reported the issue in July and have reported it several times since. I never receive emails as promised from Samsung. I feel totally let down by this brand after years of spending money on their products.

Im having the same problem...its on a loop takes you to the same thing over and over, i too have spent thousands on samsung.... never again so frustrating

I bought Samsung Galax S21FE this morning in a shop in Dublin and cannot claim the Disney+. Tried clearing the cache/data and doesn't work. Samsung Live Chat wasn't able to help as well. What to do?

I am having the same issue just keep going round in circles on the sign in loop. I even tried doing it though incognito which had bee suggested on another thread. Nothing worked. Something did pop up saying I had an old account and needed to update it, but no instruction on how to do this. Its so frustrating.
