I recently purchased a Samsung s22 though a catalogue and I should be getting Disney plus for free for 12 months but cannot redeem code. It’s says I’m not eligible??

I believe you're only allowed 1 free trial with Disney Plus so if you've had one before irrespective of the length of a free trial you won't qualify for another. This is typical for most online services.

If you haven't had a free trial in the past then I'd speak to the company you purchased the phone from.
