I have a new flip phone. And boost offer is for disney plus.

But when I click on offer. It says I'm not valid for offer?

 

Any suggestions

I'm the same I have the FE and its not working for me either 🙃 offer is valid until end of November

Same here, purchased and s8+ tablet recently and says I'm not eligible. Called support and they sent email to relevant team. Let's see...

OK so I'm thinking mine might not be working because I have a different email address for my Samsung account to the email address I used to buy my new phone with o2. Are you using the same email address? I received a notification on my phone from Samung to not forget to collect my reward. I can't see email will check Spam

Can you share:

 

  • Is it the 12 or 6 months Disney+ promotion you’re trying to claim?
  • Was this in response to an email/push notification sent to your device?
  • Which device are you making the claim for? (E.g Z Flip3, S22, S20 FE etc.)
  • Purchase date of the device you’re claiming for?
  • Which device and browsers have you tried to make the claim on? (And any error messages you’re getting.)

 

Hopefully, should help shed some light on where and why it’s not working.

Z flip 3. Tried both promos. Purchased a month ago. Tried many browsers. I'm logged in. Message says I can't claim reward?

- 12 months Disney+ (similar with 6 months)
- Tab S8+ 5G
- Purchased 5th Aug, received 30th Aug
- Tried Chrome, Samsung Browser, Edge, Firefox, incognito on all as well. Logged into my Samsung account, tablet registered, browsers displayed QR code to scan on boost disneyplus page except Chrome that showed Not Eligible directly. After a while realised Samsung Browser, if switched to 'mobile' view on the tablet, shows not eligible as well instead of the qr code to scan.

Purchased S20 Fe last week

Was advertised with 12m free Disney offer

Had push notification

 have followed above process and still not working 

Have also used Google to go to Samsung website
