I have now been waiting since 4th April for myb12 month Disney+ code and still nothing. 

I have now sent over 30 emails and made over 10 phone calls being passed to various departments and have still received no response. It seems that Samsung are just ignoring this problem. It is an absolute disgrace.When I called last time they told me that they had lots of problems with this.

Has anyone else that had a problem and managed to get it resolved?

I got mine from the chat agent. He sent me link where to get it.

I've spent weeks trying to claim the 6 months boost. Chat and social media no help.

The offer expires in 4 days, so not hopeful.

It not the link it's the confirmation email from Samsung that should have been sent 28 days after claiming the offer

I claimed it but just got no email back which should have happened in 28 days. I got an email today from Samsung telling me to make claim. When I tried it I got the message no offers are available at this time, please try later.

Mine was a link to claim the code from agent i chat with. I preordered in Feb 16, got my unit March 15. And got my disney+ before april. If you chat with agent, they are very helpful. I always trust samsung chat support for my samsung product concern.

I received an email from Samsung entitled "An epic gift to say thank you". This contained a link to apply for Disney promotion. I thoughtbthay I would try even though I had applied in April. I entered my IMEI number and got code immediately went to Disneynsite and claimed and am pleased to say it works say that it works. Seems they have changed back to original claim method. I suggest anyone still waiting to try this. Sign in to Sansung Members, select Boost and Disney +

I've been waiting for an email code for 2 months now. I've contacted support numerous times and no help - 'they are looking into it'. 

Basically what seems to have happened with this offer - is that the website had an issue/glitch and allowed anyone to steal the disney codes. 

Which all seemed to now be selling on sites (as seen on hotukdeals), whereby anyone can purchase them.

I love the phone, the headphones were easy to get - but this offer has been a complete mess.

Its the offer of Disney+ that was the extra bit and why i upgraded - i probably should have just stuck with my s20.

Redeemed very early April, contacted support countless times and have been given empty promises that it's been 'escalated' with a 'specialist' team and I should hear back 'soon'. It's almost July and no code, what a joke Samsung are.

Not sure if it will help but if you are in UK try calling 0330 7267864. This is customer services team rather than normal support.
