Hi,
I’m trying to redeem the currently advertised offer of 6 months Disney+ following the purchase of a 55” Frame TV recently:
Online chat gave me a link to claim via the Boost promotions page but does not give an option to redeem a code (and sees to be for phone purchase), I am logged into my account & have the tv registered on my account. They could not help further and advised to phone Samsung.
I rang technical support who promised to send me an E-mail with contact details to speak to promotions team but I have not yet received this.
There is a promotions team number on Samsungs website 0333 016 3421 which immediately hangs up when I try to ring.
I don’t want to keep going round in circles trying to resolve this. Is there another way to contact Samsung to discuss this?

Unsure if you managed to get some joy on this one since posting, but if not then you should be able to claim the 6 months Disney+ from within the Samsung Promotion app on the TV, and then use the generated code on: https://www.disneyplus.com/en-gb/redeem (or just follow the on-screen instructions after generating the code):
Further info (and apparently an opportunity to enter a prize draw before 12:00 BST on 14 June 2023, if anyone's interested) here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/tvs/smart-tv/disneyplus/
