So i got an email from Samsung on the 8th September offering me 3 months free Disney+. I thought i'd take it up when i got back from my holidays but when i've gone to redeem it Disney says it's already been used (not sure how that happens when no one has access to my email). So i figured i'd contact someone about it. Turns out there's no one to contact because 'contact us' doesn't exist for Samsung and the last two times in the past when i called them about a faulty handset they just put me on hold and put the phone down. Anyone know if there is a fix to this before it expires on the 30th September or shall i take it as another reason to never bother with a Samsung product in the future?
