Order on samung.com from France never got deliver.

40 days late today, and still no delivery date for a 24h delivery promise.

Solve for tomorrow ?

Have you got tracked delivery atall, when phones get sent from the UK they have a delivery tracking number etc so you can see where your item is.

I ordered something from France but nothing to do with Samsung just a different company, they shipped the item via ups on April 28th and after that the tracking showed nothing until today! 3 weeks later it shows its been collected. I think there must be a problem with delivery delays and I know there's a stock problem with Samsung also. I know its frustrating but try not to worry about it.

Unfortunately account access isn't available to the Forum Team.
