Hi all, recently bought a S21 with the £100 cashback, jumped through all the hoops and then a few days ago get the email stating there is a delay making the payment and we'll let you know when it's made.
No explanation of the delay and no indication of when this might be resolved.
Pretty poor company values. Anyone else experienced this ?
