Hi, I've got an ongoing problem with my washing machine and Samsung seem to be doing their very best not to send an engineer. The latest is that I need to email a plumber's report, however the email address that the agent provided at the weekend is incorrect (I was told dncb.support@samsung.com)
Does anyone have the correct email address please? I cannot face another 40 minutes on a call. Thank you!
