Complaind about being banned for no reason

Hello my old account was Neo002, i choose this name because for unknown reasons Neo001 was taken. Neo001 has been my playstation name for over 9 years so I was confused but ok no problem. Now Neo002 account has been banned because Neo001 complained about my name. Im quite anoyed as my rank was yourneyman already. I demand steps being taken and my account restored. I have alot of samsung products and i deserve to be on this community i never broken any rules. The dutch moderator @MartijnK  ignores my messages for unban and wont even respond to why im banned.  So i will ask it here why am i banned and unban me!!!!!

You're contradicting yourself, first you said neo001 complained and then you say they won't explain why you're banned?

I totally understand and appreciate your viewpoint on this.

All members are valued and I understand ranks are important.

If a username is too close to another members then I can also see that this could cause confusion with fluidity. 

If another member raises a concern then the Samsung Team of that part of the Community would need to investigate and if deemed necessary take decisive action to resolve this.

I'm sorry but moderation will not be allowed to be discussed on the open forum.

Also I don't think the Samsung Moderation Team here in the Eu Forum could have any any bearing / interaction on another part of the Community Forums Team moderation decisions. That wouldn't be within their remit.

@neo003 , BandOfBrothers is correct: you would need to speak to the Dutch Community Team via Private Message or Samsung Netherlands/Belgium/Luxembourg customer services regarding any reasons for why a previous account may have been banned.
