Hi I was wondering if anyone having problem receiving their cashback from promotion that ran over Christmas? I’ve had 2 claims validated on 22/12/20 saying I’d receive payment within 30 days. Obviously 30 days been and gone now, I’ve messaged Samsung to be told they having issues with payments and that they can’t give me a timeframe of when I’ll receive my cashback? Had anyone else had problems? Is their any legal action I can take? Surely it’s false advertising?
It appears that Samsung can talk the talk but does not know how to walk the walk. Shame about a good product but don't maintain quality customer care.
I'm still not happy with the outcome of my issue.
