I am having the most frustrating experience trying to use credits I have (including a $725 trade in from a note 20, for instance) and ordering new flip 3 and galaxy book pro 360- and they keep cancelling my order, and need to get this resolved.
I have promo code credits totalling over 1k and I have the right to use them...
I am losing out on stock availability as they keep cancelling order and pricing can get adjusted on item I ordered and they say they'll price match but so far they haven't even allowed me to order without my ordering getting cancelled.
Help!
