Sometimes the nature of forums is for people who are experiencing an issue to sign up and post for help or to vent.
It's more uncommon for a person to sign up and leave positive feedback unfortunately.
On the whole I wouldn't agree that this is toxic in nature or a toxic place to visit. 😎
It's people reaching out for help and support.
There's also lots of members who share the same enthusiasm for discussing tech in general, and what Samsung is doing in their sector of technology.
I welcome any posts that bring a degree of lighthearted discussion too to add diversity as long as they do not infringe the Samsung Community Forum Rules 😉
