Clear cache and uninstall and reinstall. I had this .All ok now

NAR stands for No Action Required - internal messages for Samsung Members - you should not be receiving those.

it is also about posts that should be in another language forum, after they are moved they aren't here (UK English forum) anymore. it doesn't mean the post is deleted but it isn't here anymore aswell

It's a long running glitch in the system.
Internal communications from the administration and moderators
It will get fixed one day.
But nothing to worry about
