Boost Offers

Hi, I am now very annoyed. I am informed about your boost offers but am unable to get them. I call and speak with your people but they can never help. I have an S21 Ultra and would like the Disney+ or YouTube offer. I follow the instructions but just go round in a loop ending back on the Web page I started on!  Please help, thanks

YouTube Premium Boost offer is only available if you haven't had YouTube Premium account before or participated in a trial before. As in the terms of the offer.
Disney+ has slightly different criteria

Unless you have different terms in your offers, the S21 Ultra is not one of the phones eligible according to the terms

OK, so I don't qualify for either. In that case can Smasung please stop sending me emails about boosts I can't use. But thank you for the excellent answer
