Hi guys!

Im having some probelms due to a virus on my laptop, so I would like to reset it. I tried the reset using the samsung recovery app but i get this error:

The only possible way is to reset trough windows settings or reinstall windows 11.

If I reset the laptop using Windows settings app, will I keep the samsung preinstalled apps like gallery, security, notes etc..

Have you tried using Malwarebytes on the laptop. It's a free program that removes viruses. I use it whenever I get some malware or virus. It works really well.
