Samsung LoungeVery bad experience. Samsung -> Servilux ->Letmerepair. This is the chain of command. Letmerepair calls have 3 mins standard waiting (this is set to reduce calls and let people use alternative methods). After 3 minutes one Ms Carina takes up the call and acts like she can't hear it. I could hear myself from her speaker. 2 times I tried that is 6 minutes call charges. And same reaction from Carina. I tried after 3-4 hours expecting to find another person. Same 3 minutes started and in the end an automated voice said "Sorry we can't pickup the call". No emails responded to nor phone calls. This is a mess!!! Change Samsung products itself
