Hi @RawDng
Sometimes "Force Stop" fails because the system auto-restarts the bugged process. To truly break the cycle:
Clear Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage. Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data. (This resets the store, not your apps).
While you're fixing this, keep your phone out of its case and avoid charging it until the temperature drops.
Restart the phone immediately after clearing the data to kill any remaining "corrupted" processes.
If that worked out, it's also recommended to change the Location permission to "Allow only while using the app".
