Does for me since then it copy onto your Samsung cloud and when you enable sync on next device it will download everything to new device. Open Notes and then go to settings there and switch sync to Samsung cloud or w.e it says and wait 15-30 mins and then open next galaxy device with same Samsung account and switch sync on there as well and you will see all the notes from your first device will begin to appear on your second device.
