Remove case and re-attach it then it shall recognizer case again.

Oh OK, yeah reseted it twice like a new, and it's even when using the normal call app 😞

I have done that severel times. Unfortunally, it does not happens anything

Contact Samsung support and let them know about it and see if they have a solution, If they don't they surely will make a fix for it. In a future update.

Fick precis min uppdatering

Har fortfarande inte fått android 13 på min s22 ultra, jag har snapdragon ( usa modell ) någon som vet när snapdragonmodellerna får sin uppdatering?
