Advice on how to claim Disneyplus?

Hi,

Just bought a new phone, trying to download the Disneyplus code. Can anyone tell me how to claim it as I keep  ending up on the same page of the QR code after following all the instructions.

It should be as the instructions within https://www.samsung.com/uk/boost/ assuming you meet the criteria to claim to use Disney +

Try clearing your browser history and cache and try again @Hulk17  

And or use another browser.

Sometimes putting the browser into incognito mode helps.

I used the Samsung Internet App to claim mine.
