I can't find this anywhere in my profile, I've recieved this notification:

Seems like it was sent out in error (i also got that notification). You can ignore it.

Just speculating ... Samsung Makers could be renamed to Samsung Members Star in the future.

Yes they have made the name change and I guess a blanket notification got sent out or some were included in error

How to see progress until next reward? I've seen it before that I need 300 posto to get something, I've done it but didn't get it. I didn't make 300 posts because of it, but it was interesting that you get an achievement for it.

If you go into your profile. You will see in there badges. Tap on any of the badges to see what you need to do to get them.
For your status. Tap on the notification bell icon. In this you will see notices
Go into community user guide. You will see a list in here for status levels.

@Adi0  yes as others have explained think it  was an error in your case.  Previous Samsung Makers are now   know as Samsung Members stars.    Obviously others do have the opportunity of being promoted to this status in the future.
