£50 Google play voucher

Hi everyone, bought a #galaxy watch 5 a couple of weeks back, went through the process of claiming the £50 Google play voucher, got approved right away. Email arrived today saying it was time to claim my Google play voucher code, clicked on the link in the email and it took me to the Google play store site where I put the code given below link in and it tells me that it doesn't work. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, John A S

If you have the code don't copy and paste it, doing this can add a space at the end. Manually type it. If that don't work then you'd need to get in touch with Samsung or whoever the claim was through, check the claim emails for means of contacting them.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.  The link I was sent had to be copied and pasted into the URL bar at the top of the browser. Took me to a page where my Google play voucher code was waiting. Done now. Thanks again.
