Has anyone received their £100 cashback purchase incentive.
I've got 3 days left till the 30 day limit but don't know if I should be worried that I havnt had anything yet?

I bought my phone on 20th. the courier lost it and I received another just today. I raised a claim for cashback and it was rejected that the phone was bought in Jan.
pls is it my fault that a phone I ordered in Dec 20th got delivered today?
