I have a recently purchased (Oct 2022) 2022 Frame TV model QN55LS03BAFXZA and the tv just went off 1 night while I was watching tv. I cannot get the tv to come back on and it doesn’t seem to be getting power from the one connect box as I cannot see a power light on either box or tv. I checked the outlet and it is powered so I think the issue is with the one connect box. Is there a way to tell if the issue is with the one connect box? Can I just replace the one connect box? I have seen some posts that say the one connect box is matched to the individual TV. Is this easy to replace? Any help troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.
