I have an A20e however when I plug it in I get the the message USB Not Recognized, The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and windows doesn't recognize it. However all my other phones have worked tried in different computers and laptops even tried 3 brand new cables Samsung originals but nothing Is there a fault in the A20e Is there a way to sort it before I decide to buy another. probably go for  A40 or A14 as both have compass on
