My text notification sounds have stopped working.  I can set notification sounds for specific people and those work, but the system isn't letting me pick a notification sound anymore in the Settings Menu in the Messages app.  I have clicked it to show "Allow Sound and Vibration", but there is no option to actually pick a sound. 

Please help
