To the Samsung Members Community and Support Team,

I am experiencing a highly frustrating issue with my new Galaxy Watch 7 44mm regarding the weather functionality. Despite extensive troubleshooting, I am unable to get any weather data to display on my watch, neither within the dedicated Weather app nor on any watch face complications.

Here's a detailed description of the problem:

 * Weather App on Watch:

   * When I open the Weather app on my Galaxy Watch 7, it does not show any weather information.

   * If I attempt to add a location directly from the watch, it displays the message "Add location on phone."

   * Crucially, when this message appears, absolutely nothing happens on my connected smartphone (Nothing Phone 2). There's no pop-up, notification, or redirection to any relevant setting

 * Galaxy Wearable App on Phone:

   * I have opened the Galaxy Wearable app on my phone to check the weather settings for my watch.

   * Under "Watch settings" -> "Apps," I can see "Weather" listed.

   * However, when I tap on "Weather" within the Wearable app, there are NO settings or options available to add locations, manage refresh rates, or configure anything related to the weather app on the watch. It simply shows basic app info. This is a major roadblock as I cannot initiate the location setup from the phone side either.To the Samsung Members Community and Support Team,

* Crucially, when this message appears, absolutely nothing happens on my connected smartphone (a [mention your phone model here, e.g., Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Google Pixel 8 Pro, etc.]). There's no pop-up, notification, or redirection to any relevant setting.

* Watch Face Complications:
* As a direct result of the above, all weather complications on my watch faces (both default Samsung faces and third-party faces) show no data. They are either blank, display "---," or show a default "0" temperature.
Troubleshooting Steps I Have Already Taken (and their outcomes):
* Restarted both the Galaxy Watch 7 and my phone multiple times: No change.
* Ensured Bluetooth connection is active and stable between watch and phone: Confirmed, other features like notifications and calls work.
* Checked Location Services on both phone and watch:
* Phone: Location is enabled, and permissions for the Galaxy Wearable app and the Samsung Watch plugin (if applicable) are set to "Allow all the time."
* Watch: Location is enabled in Settings > Location > "Improve accuracy" is also enabled.
* Checked for Software Updates: Both my Galaxy Watch 7 and the Galaxy Wearable app on my phone are running the latest available software versions.
* Cleared cache for Galaxy Wearable app on phone: No change.
* Checked power saving modes: Confirmed no power saving modes are active on either device that would restrict background app activity.
* Attempted to manually refresh weather (if an option was available): Not possible as no data is showing and no refresh option appears.
* Unpaired and re-paired the Galaxy Watch 7 with my phone: This was a lengthy process, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the weather issue.
* Checked permissions for the specific "Galaxy Watch7 Plugin" app on my phone: Verified that location access is set to "Allow all the time" for this app as well, as suggested in some community posts for similar issues.
My Observation and Concern:
The core of the problem seems to be the inability to add or manage weather locations from either the watch or the phone via the Galaxy Wearable app. The "Add location on phone" prompt on the watch is a dead end, and the complete lack of weather settings within the Wearable app's weather section for the watch is particularly concerning.
This issue significantly detracts from the user experience of the Galaxy Watch 7, as weather complications are a fundamental feature for many users. I am eager for a solution.
Could this be a known bug with recent software versions for the Galaxy Watch 7, especially when paired with a non-Samsung phone (if applicable to your case)? Or is there a specific, less obvious setting I might be missing?
Any guidance or solutions from the Samsung community or official support would be greatly appreciated.
