Following on from my other post regarding the OTN firmware update that has "bricked" a lot of their flagship soundbars, Q990D etc.
Samsung UK replied to me via DM stating that as my Q990D is "over 14 days old" (it's 4 months old) they won't accept any returns! I never mentioned "returning it" the whole device weighs 35kg! This is shocking customer service and the tech help is woefully inadequate and has no idea about this issue. The website to start a 'ticket' has been down all day too, "for maintenance" 🤔
