I purchased my S25 Ultra on February 2, 2025, and the battery drain when not in use is excessive. Even after showing the issue to the retailer, they said there were no problems. They suggested I format and submit the phone for investigation, a process that might take 15 days. This is frustrating; please suggest what I should do.
