Does anyone have a working email address for Samsung (UK) - the ones I've used in the past no longer work.

Or, alternatively, does anyone know from where to purchase a replacement One Connect box for a UE48JS9000 - The TV is ok, even after 9 years, but the box is continually rebooting. The separate system is one reason we purchased it as John Lewis said if one goes you replace that bit of kit not a full set. There's no single boxes in the online shop.....

The TV is not recognised on the website so I can't get passed the 'firewalls'. There's no other digits/ numbers/ symbols on the name....
