Hi Everyone! My name is Ai. I brought a new phone S24 Ultra 9 days ago.
I was touch it with wet hands and the next day it is not working. Phone detect moist.
I went to the Samsung official Thailandshop today. They said to me like I made it wet and it is broken.
They can not do anything to me. They mentioned I need to the Samsung centre another place and asked them to ask them to fix.
With this expensive phone, poor service. This is not my fault to touch the phone with wet hands. I'm firmly that I'm not put it into the water.
Should the phone waterproof? New Samsung from the shop. How I approch this issue to someone? I don't need the fixed phone. I brought a new phone. How I can trust it. Phone is dead is bad and I have no phone to use. Urgent. Someone advice please.
