Wallpaper scrolling

Is anyone facing a weird stretch of any home screen wallpaper? 

Also, wallpaper scrolling when using Nova launcher and getting into the application drawer?

I am using nova launcher and it seems OK try a backup then fresh 7.0.49

Please, reboot your phone and check if that helps. 

If the situation won't improve, report the issue via the Samsung Members app right after it occurs. Remember to attach log files and a screenshot of the problem .
