Voicemail Notification

Hello everyone 

I'm using a a S10+ and I cannot clear this notification from Alerting Notifications and I wondered if anyone else had this issue?

I have reported it.

what is the notification? and im on a s10+ also i have no issues with that

It says "New voicemail " which is under Phone and then the date and at the bottom it shows my provider. The clear tab is greyed out.

A reboot got rid of the notification.
