Since the last update as anyone else's internal memory gotten full, before the update I wasn't even using half my internal storage up, plus I have a 512 gb sd card so nothing is on my internal storage but my apps, ive used device clean up and no joy and every time I try a factory reset it doesn't do it, I don't understand why it's doing that I've looked on my storage and it seems to be in other on the file system but can't access it to clean my storage
