Google pay is not working. Software does not meet standards. 

When will it be fixed? End of beta?

Android Pay still not work on beta because it dies not have the certification required.  This will work when the working version is deployed.

You can still use Samsung Pay if you wanted, as this is what I use abs works okay.

As Npah3 said, it should be working fine after official stable release of Android 10.
It's normal that it doesn't work on beta. No need to worry.

Since Beta is not a certified software, Google Pay is not working. Everything will go back to normal after the end of Beta

Google pay will NEVER work with any Samsung beta software and never did for any beta going back to the s6 days.

As far as google is concerned, samsung beta software is unofficial and unsupported so not considered official or safe
