The enhanced processing function is very useful when running applications that require better and more efficient processing of data (e.g. many kinds of games). However, the option leads to a significant drain on the device's battery. As @ryamoo mentioned before, this option was previously called High Performance Battery Saver.

Im hoping it will utilise the full 12gb of ram on the S20+ or even improve multitasking with app refresh. I've had it on for a day with normal use (no gaming) no noticeable change in battery life.

enhance processing doesn't speed games up

Enhanced processing increases your cpu/processor performance, which also could improve your frame rates in-game.

Enhanced processing does not affect games. It says so right next to the switch to turn it on or off
