Please, verify the screen timeout of your phone, when it's connected via DeX to your PC.
It's possible that your current screen timeout is set to 1 minute and that's causing the problem.
To verify DeX screen timeout, connect your phone to DeX then enter Settings > Samsung Dex > Screen timeout for connected display 😊.
If that won't help, please report the issue via the Members application so that our developers can have a look at it 😉.
