I would recommend you to clear cache of the Samsung Members application to resolve the problem with error reports. Do you manage to submit error reports? Or the message appears before filling in the report? If after that, please try to report the issue (if it still persists) so that our developers can have a look at it 😉.
As for the facial recognition feature, please make sure the lense is completely clean, and the light is not too bright. If the Members app works, do not hesitate to report this problem too, but in a separate error report and with log files attached .
