Battery Usage not available.

I just noticed that my battery usage is empty. Is it just me ?

Had the same in last 2/3 days Checked Galaxy Store for updates today and was an update available for the battery app - installed and fully charged phone - is now working fine

Thanks for sharing that with us. I must admit that I have not experienced that problem on my device. 

Like @papashaun mentioned, it's a good idea to make sure that all your apps are up to date, and if that doesn't fix your problem, then send an error report via Samsung Members app and remember about attaching log files to it. Thanks!

I do that regularly but I got the device care app just today and it did work. Many thanks papashaun.
