Alarm clock xtream

Use to show full screen on the lock screen when an alarm went off so you could dismiss it or snooze it now you dont get it showing you have to unlock then tap its notification in top bar then dismiss it

I just couldn't believe that would be a new concept for alarms. 
It's way too inconvenient! 

But on my device, it shows as normal, so this seems to be some kind of a bug.

It may be a bug in beta 5 of ui one. Will wait and see how the next beta goes.
