S24 base 4/5g service terrible compared to 2019 iPhone 11

I have had my s24 now for 10 months, and I am really disappointed in the 4/5g coverage on it, using the exact same SIM card on an iPhone, I always have 4g, and can use it whenever I need, however on the s24, I've got H/H+ very often, and struggle to do the basic tasks. Any ideas? Should I go to Samsung support direct?

My s24+ is exactly the same. I've sent mine off to Samsung and they returned it saying it was all within spec.

Thanks for reporting! Please also send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause
