Hello, I have been very satisfied with One UI 8 until today. My phone, with 20% battery remaining, suddenly stopped working while I was using it. The screen froze, and I was unable to open any apps or restart the device. After approximately 10 minutes, I managed to restart it, and the problem hasn't recurred. I hope this was simply a software glitch and will not happen again.

Press this and let samsung know. It'll send loads of logs and system data so they can figure it out and hopefully fix it in the next update
