Keyboard has a fit when I try to reply to an email. It switches between caps on and off, screen also goes up and down

My keyboard keeps on popping up and down when on Facebook Marketplace. Searching for items has this effect over my keyboard

Have you tried to clear cache of the Outlook Mail app? If that won't help, please report the problem via the Samsung Members application. Do not forget to attach log files right after the issue occurs! 😉
