Was it working previously in the 1st Beta and beforehand? one idea is to check the following :
Go to Settings -Apps - tap the filter button, enable ‘Show system apps’, and look for AlwaysOnDisplay. Tap on it, and go to Battery. Change the setting from Optimised to Unrestricted. can also clear cache/Data of Always on Display.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Make sure your device is running the latest One UI 8.5 beta build – the issue with Google Live Sports on the Now bar is usually resolved by updating to the newest binary version. Check Settings → Software update and install any available update, then restart the phone.
If the problem remains after updating, please submit a report through the Samsung Members app and attach the relevant log files so the team can investigate further
