Missing setting in new bixby

I only have two voice options i am missing create your own voice option has anyone else this issue ?

Yes the custom voice option missing for me too, only 2  options.

I have seen on YouTube videos that you can create custom voice perhaps there's two bixby beta test versions other than that I havn a clue why ?

Custom voice is only available for the Korean voice pack

The custom voice is only available in US. Change your Language to English United States.
